TFR Create New Employee ID on Transfer

New Employee ID field appears on the Transfer/ Bulk Transfer screen 15 D   Do no force the entry of new ID number.
R   Force the entry of a new ID number.
N or Blank   New employee ID field does not appear. The new employee ID is automatically generated.
Earnings History transferred to the new Employee ID 16 Y   Allow Earnings History from the previous employee ID number to be viewed on the New employee ID. This is only valid if Position 14 is set to 'Y'.
N or Blank   Do not allow the Earnings History from the previous employee ID number to be viewed on the New Employee ID.
Create new employee ID / Transfer record for Position Change with Level 1 Code change 17 N or Blank Do not create a transfer record or new employee ID for the employee if a position change transaction involves a Level 1 code change (existing functionality).
Y   Create a transfer record / new employee ID for the employee if a position change transaction involves a Level 1 Code change.
